
Male patient 30yo with many hypoglycemia crisii for 1 year. From a full of water stomach as a acoustic window, ultrasound detected a small hypoechoic node between body and tail of pancreas. After that CT-scan proved during arterial phase of contrast enhancement, an insulinoma 10.6mm in diameter which was not detected without contrast. Spleen, body and tail of pancreas were removed and it is a benign tumor of insuline secreting.
