Subhepatic Ectopic Pregnancy, PHAN THANH HAI, Medic Medical Center

Lost of menstruation for 3 weeks, a 33yo female patient got RUQ pain without fever. But her beta HCG in urine was 17,000UI/L. Ultrasound detected her big uterus, a right ovarian luteinic cyst and a small mass under her right lobe of the liver which was thought a subhepatic ectopic pregnancy. MSCT 64 confirmed that this mass was nourhished by a branch of the right hepatic artery. A methotrexate therapy to terminate her pregnancy was done.
