71 yo female patient suffered from micturition for 1 month. Transabdominal ultrasound revealed a hypoechoic mass , # 43 x 46 x50mm, blocking her urinary bladder near the neck . By means of transvaginal ultrasound, this mass seems to be being dependent on the anterior wall of the vagina. The histopathologic specimen determined that was a leiomyoma and no relation with GIST.

The mass is at the site of the prostate in man with the same appearance.
