55 yo male patient from Binh dinh province went to Medic Center for a check-up with no history of illness. Color ultrasound detected in the left side of the superior mesenteric artery, a gastroduodenal artery aneurysm # 29.8 x 25.7mm which was later confirmed by MSCT 64. This patient was removed the aneurysm in Cho Ray hospital and discharged without any complication. By means of color ultrasound, we can change the prognosis of this patient that maybe was more difficult with B mode ultrasound to reveal the aneurysm.
