GIANT MULTILOCULAR PROSTATIC CYSTADENOMA, BS TRẦM THỊ TÚ HƯƠNG, MEDIC MEDICAL CENTER, HCMC, VIETNAM

25 year-old, male, student. In 2007, he suffered from a dysuria so going to Medic Center for blood tests, urine analysis (no specical result), US, TRUS (giant prostatic cyst), MSCT (prostatic cyst with 9x11x11 cm in size, with a different diagnosis of an unidentified retroperitoneal mass).

After a removing procedure at Binh Dan hospital, the cystic mass reduced in size…d# 5x6 cm and followed a traditional herbal medication. Now, his urination became in trouble again, so he went back Medic center for a reexamination on Feb 06/2009. At that time, ultrasound also detected no prostate but a giant multilocular cyst without vascular in existence.
So I think this mass belonging to a GIANT MULTILOCULAR PROSTATIC CYSTADENOMA.
