INTRARENAL ANEURYSM, BS TRẦN MINH ĐÚNG, MEDIC MEDICAL CENTER, HCMC, VIETNAM




76 year-old female patient without history of arterial hypertension. Ultrasound for a check-up detected 2 cysts of the right kidney that had arterial flow in one of 2 those cysts.
MSCT 64 confirmed a 25mm aneurysm into the right kidney which had calcified wall and caught the media as strong as an artery.
So that was an asymptomatic intrarenal aneurysm of the right kidney.
